Terms of Service
Terms of use and service agreement for the Qably automated quality engineering and test telemetry platform.
1. Service Description
Qably provides an AI-native QA management and test execution telemetry platform, including automated CI/CD pipeline run ingestion (POST /runs/ingest), heuristic flaky test isolation, bi-directional requirement traceability, and algorithmic test case proposals via ai-prompt and review-inbox.
2. Organizations, Roles & API Keys
Programmatic access requires project-scoped tokens prefixed with qbly_live_*. Customers are solely responsible for securing API tokens and assigning appropriate team privileges (owner, admin, engineer). All activities authenticated with a valid token are deemed authorized by the account owner.
3. Intellectual Property & Customer Code Privacy
You retain full, exclusive ownership of all source code, test specs, and execution data transmitted to Qably. Qably claims no ownership rights over customer data. Under no circumstances is customer source code or execution telemetry used to train shared or foundation AI models.
4. Rate Limits & Fair Usage
Subscription tiers specify concurrent test suite and run ingestion limits. Qably enforces adaptive rate limits in apps/api to ensure global platform stability. Intentional abuse or denial-of-service attempts will result in immediate API key revocation.
5. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
For Enterprise customers, Qably guarantees 99.9% monthly uptime for CI/CD run ingestion endpoints. Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced with at least 72 hours advance notice.
6. Termination & Data Portability
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Prior to account closure, you can export your entire test history, run results, and traceability graph as structured JSON documents.
